Say goodbye to the hassle of setting up accounts! The monthly rent for either unit covers absolutely everything:

*NO PET POLICY: Strictly no pets allowed. Please do not ask, this is a firm rule.
*SMOKING POLICY: Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the homes. Outdoor smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor area only.
*Move-in requires the first month's rent plus a security deposit.
