OPEN HOUSE KEY PROGRAM

• Landlords leave a set of keys to their vacant unit(s) at one of our 7 office locations. We put a special icon on their listings to identify which office has the keys. We accept keys at all six of our offices. Here is a sample:



• Renters pickup the key to the unit of interest at the appropriate Westside Rentals office. We will scan a copy of their drivers license and credit, the renter has 90 minutes to return the key.
