STUDIO: 500 sq.ft. area with French doors, quartz kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and two countertop burners, three-piece bathroom, walk-in closet, dual-pane windows and on-site laundry use. Front-door parking behind gate with remote control.

RENT INCLUDES: SDGE-electric, Internet, gardener visits, trash, sewer (water and SDGE-natural gas is shared, though we pay the bulk for both).

TERMS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT: Long-term rental is preferred with a month-to-month rental agreement. Security deposit is equal a month's rent.
