4 miles from LAX; 8 miles from Santa Monica; 3 miles from Culver City; 5 miles from Marina Del Rey; Playa Del Rey/Playa Vista/ Vista Del Mar; 10 miles from Torrance; 9 miles from Century City and Beverly Hills; 12 miles from Hollywood and Downtown LA.
Public transit close by. Or, use Uber/Lyft from Door to Door for a Stress free commute.
No W&D on the premises; but, a couple of laundromats are nearby. No AC available.
Will consider pets.
If space is shared between strangers; both parties must be in agreement regarding pets.
