The place is currently partially-furnished (small couch, large wall-mounted tv,... modern tv cabinet, bed with clean mattress + mattress protector). I'm happy to discuss renting as a partially-furnished unit (this is preferable but not required).

I'm the condo owner and recently moved to San Francisco for work. This is my former home not a property managed by a large rental company and I'll be managing it directly.
