- SPECIAL LEASE PROVISIONS: As-Is: 3 Sheds (to be used at own risk, owner and manager not responsible for theft of items). Tenants do not have access to the shed on the right. Tenants are not to use fireplace (inoperable). Outdoor cat(s), must have a litter box outside as well. Tenants are only to use Command Strips for hanging things on walls. Not to exceed 10lbs unless prior approval is obtained from management/owner. Tenants are not to patch any potential holes in walls upon move out. TVs are to be hung by an approved vendor at the tenant's expense
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
