This was our family’s first home and we loved living here. The location is ideal as you are walking distance to beautiful trails overlooking Wood Canyon and only a 10 minute drive from either Laguna Beach or Dana Point. The community is well managed... and boasts both a pool and a hot tub. We loved making Sea Breeze Lane our home and expect you will too!

The unit has ceiling fans, recessed lighting, wood-look vinyl flooring, crown molding, 10 ft ceilings, and a beautifully remodeled bathroom. The unit also has brand new, double-pane vinyl windows and sliding door (not pictured).

Small pets are allowed, but require additional non-refundable deposit ($100 per cat / $200 per dog). Owner pays water, trash, and sewer. Owner provides microwave, range, dishwasher and oven. Tenant to purchase/bring their own washer, dryer, and fridge.
