The living/bedroom area is unfurnished except for a dresser and large wardrobe so the tenant can use their own unique choices to fill the space. Porcelain flooring throughout. 3 piece bath with medicine cabinet and mirror. Ceiling fan with remote, 3 speeds, dimming light. Two slider windows. Standing air conditioner/fan/dehumidifier which can be moved to accommodate your large sized bed. Relax in a small side yard or patio furniture and barbecue on the patio beside banana palms and your own garden! Portable barbecue included. There is an attached private laundry room complete with washer and dryer. Private parking is available through the gate to your own safe and private driveway if desired or plenty of side street parking. A six foot privacy fence on one side and another six foot wall on the other side and back keeps things private.
