We have a guesthouse (one bedroom, one bathroom and a small kitchen) that we are renting out on a MidTerm basis (rent out for one month or more but less than one year) for any tenant who needs space temporarily mainly for work purposes. Our unit... rents out to a maximum of one tenant only (max of two with additional fee if related). We will share the laundry area and the pool area.
