A new HOME-funded housing unit is available in Los Angeles. This unit is reserved for families whose income does not exceed 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) under the HOME Program.

Eligibility... Requirements:
Your household income must fall at or below the 50% AMI limit for your household size.

Please consult the official FY2024 HOME Income Limits sheet in the pictures section and locate the “50% AMI” row corresponding to your household—this establishes your eligibility
