This is a great place in the heart of Silverlake. You can walk to everything Silverlake has to offer, including bars, the farmer's market,... restaurants, great bagels (Maury's and Courage), natural wine stores and much more. The place has 2 bedrooms and a nice living area with a big screen 4k TV, a recently updated full kitchen with a dish washer, a hot water on demand tap, and garbage disposal.

We have a really nice, private front patio area with a shade sail to block the sun, making it a great place to work or socialize. We also have a ping pong table in the back in our second outdoor hangout space. The place has a lot of great fruit trees including avocado, orange, apple and a toddler of a baby lemon tree from which you can eat whatever fruits you want.
There are two raised garden beds that you are welcome to use to plant whatever you desire.
