The 2100 sq ft home is shared with one male (upstairs) an independent producer, food, and football lover, and one female in the adjacent guest house who’s into comedy and performance art. We are both quiet and respectful but enjoy a good hang when the time is right. Furniture is negotiable — bring your own or collaborate.

Outdoor amenities include a huge fenced yard, courtyard, garage, plus ample parking. It’s a 5-minute walk to Mulholland hiking trails, 5 minutes to West Hollywood, and 10 minutes to Studio City.

The vibe is rustic charm — creaky floors, the occasional spider, and a turret that looks like a chess rook. Summers can be warm and winters can be cold. Past events include dinner parties, game days, and holiday gatherings, but this is a quiet neighborhood (no all-night parties). Ideal for someone creative, social, independent, and into the great outdoors.
