Centrally-located on the West side of L.A. Next to Beverlywood, we are in friendly Reynier Village. The guesthouse is just 1 mile to Culver City, and 1.5 miles to Beverly Hills (and close to Century City and West Hollywood). About 5.5 miles to UCLA. Our weather is some of the best in the L.A. area!

Nearby restaurants, bakeries, a public library and a city park. 15-20 minute walk to downtown Culver City where you can enjoy their many restaurants and a movie theater, or hop on the Metro Expo (E line) to go to Santa Monica and the beach, or head east to a short ride to The California Science Center, USC, Staples Center or Downtown L.A.

The guesthouse is also walking distance to the historic Helms Bakery District, which has terrific restaurants and shops. Very close to the Interstate-10 (Santa Monica freeway) where you can easily connect to the 405 freeway. Not far away is Venice Beach, Marina del Rey, Hollywood, The Grove & Farmers Market and many other exciting neighborhoods.
