This is a cozy studio that utilizes its space super well - you have a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, closet.

We're looking for a single tenant who is:
-Clean and tidy professional
-Living a calm lifestyle - absolutely no smoking of any kind and no parties (sorry!)
-Respectful of quiet hours and neighbors upstairs and around us
-Well-behaved pets can be considered
-No couples please!
-Preferably minimum 1 year lease
