Dear Potential renter, Rent is due on the first of the month. Firsts month and security deposit due at signing.

The home will be equiped with a fridge, stove, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Tennant will be responsible for all utilities including... internet. Pool maitnenace and Landscaper will be paid by owner.

Tennant will also be responbile for maintaining water level in pool. All maintenance under $100.00 will be paid by tennant.

Please Note: There is a towing trailer in the driveway and a side by side in the garage that will remain. Tennant is to not touch or move these items in any way.

Dogs under 35 pounds are allowed. There will be a $500 deposit due for your pet.

There is absolutely no drug use or tobacco use on the property.

Renters are required to provide proof of renters insurance upon signing of contract.
