About the house:
It is located behind our main house. It was completely remodeled at the end of 2022. Everything is new! It’s roughly 800 sq ft.
2 bedrooms- with comfortable queen beds, and 1 bath with a walk in shower. There is a washer and dryer in the home for your use. Full kitchen with all new appliances and everything you would need to cook- including pots/pans, spices, utensils. All new linen on beds with extra blankets.
There is a smart tv mounted in the living room, and a comfy couch for lounging.
There is a mini split in the living room that has AC and heat. There is ceiling fans in the living room, and both bedrooms. Bedrooms also have additional heaters if needed. There are also windows that provide lots of natural light, and cool breeze. Located near the ocean so it’s typically cool and breezy.

The home is gated with an automatic gate- and there is a gated private space for the back home. There is 1 parking spot available, and there is also lots of free street parking available in front of the home.

Price:
$3500 for the whole house, $1750 deposit- ($1500) refundable.

Availability:
Prefer 3 months at a time, but Monthly option may be available.
