The rooms are spacious, the neighborhood is great with lots of unrestricted parking. You won't have to worry about moving your car for street sweeping. The house is centrally located with easy freeway access to the 134, 101, and 170. Way less... congested over here than other parts of LA. The house is close to Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, ABC, CBS Radford, and lots of other studios, making it an ideal place to live if you work in the Entertainment Industry. It's a quiet neighborhood...the kind where everyone is always walking their dogs. The house has solar panels, so the electric bill is way cheaper with them. The house has 2 water heaters, one for the front and one for the back, so there's always plenty of hot water. The house also has 2 separate central AC units (front and back), and the rooms also have an AC window unit as well, so you can choose whether cooling the whole zone or just your room. The laundry room is in the house, there's a living room and a family room, as well as a dining room, and a breakfast nook. There's a pool and Jacuzzi, and an outdoor grill area. The rooms are mostly furnished. I have 2 rooms available...both with vaulted ceilings. The one upstairs is it's own suite with bathroom included. That is the entire upper floor. Pics of that to come.
