Walworth Fully furnished 1bed 1 bath + office is located close to the beautiful mountains north of Pasadena, but is close to shopping and restaurants. The area is great for walking and biking, and "Old Town Pasadena" with shopping, restaurants and... theaters is only 3 miles from the house.

The Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of trees and birds. There is a large front patio with a pergola for meals outside, and a larger dining table and chairs on the back patio. Inside, there is a bedroom with a queen bed, a living room with a television, sofa and a dining table for two, and a small kitchen. The second bedroom is set up as a study. Internet, cable TV, and utilities are included.

In back of the Cottage is a large patio area with dining for six, and enough space to park a car. The front house, at 1789 Walworth Ave., is occupied by a family.
