Are you a UCR or RCC student looking for a great place to live? We have an open room in our 4-bedroom house and are seeking a clean and respectful individual to join our friendly household.

The room available is 10x12 sq ft and shares a bathroom.... You'll have access to a fully stocked kitchen and a backyard with workout equipment. We're a clean and quiet group of three (a UCR PhD student, a medical student, and a working professional). Both undergraduate and graduate students are welcome to apply!

Location couldn't be better for students! The bus stop for both UCR and RCC is right behind the house, making your commute a breeze. We also offer free parking in our garage and driveway, with street parking readily available too.

Rent is $675 per month, with utilities averaging an additional $160 per person per month.
