No more than three guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property, with a fine of $500. No pets allowed. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home. Wednesday is trash day. To ensure our vendor can access and roll the bins to the curb, please avoid parking in the driveway on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, or leave ample space. A $100 fine will be applied if bins are blocked.
