1. Strong Credit History (no past or present accounts in collections, no charge offs, no debt settlements, no late payments, no negative credit items, etc.)
2. Positive Rental References (Paid on-time, no lease violations, no balance owed, etc.)
3. Gross Monthly Income (Proof that gross household income is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.)
4. Your Lease Start Date (Looking to start the lease within 10 days of the listing available date.)
