This is a private connected bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor with a view and ample sunshine . The room has a lock and key for privacy . A sliding mirrored door closet and a cabinet in the hallway are available for storage. The bathroom and... have shower have been remodeled . The room is 120 square feet although it feels like more.

Utilities

Utilities are included in the rent. The property has a top of the line Rainsoft water softener installed in November of 2025. This essentially eliminates the need to purchase bottled or delivered water to the property. It also contributes significantly to health due to terrible water quality in San Diego. Gas/ Electric/ Water/ HOA/Trash are included so only one payment is Made per month.

The Condo and amenities

Being located in Clairemont the unit is centrally located within minutes of access to Interstate 5 and 8 and the 52 freeway. Getting to Pacific Beach, La Jolla, downtown, or the airport is all within 15 minutes.
The shared spaces are the kitchen and living room. The living room has a home theatre next to the patio with a barbecue and a view of the the pool and complex. The hot tub and pool are within steps of the hot tub and pool .
The garage has a Tesla wall charger installed for convenient home charging for all types of electric vehicles. The garage has a Wall attached ROGUE rack with ELEIKO plates for convenient home workouts.
We have solar panels and an EV plan with SDG&E so we make good use of the centralized air .
The Washer and Dryer are on the second floor in the kitchen away from the bedrooms and close to the living room.

The three tenants who reside here are medical professionals who have known each other for years. My girlfriend and I reside in the 3rd floor master bed/Bath.
