Before the tour, please review and reply confirming that ALL the application criteria below are met.

1. Occupancy Limit:... Maximum occupancy: 5 individuals, including up to 2 adults (18+). Remaining occupants must be minor dependents of the adult tenants. All occupants must be listed on the lease.
2. Credit Requirements: Each adult must have a credit score of 600 or higher, or if receiving a housing subsidy be able to provide alternative documentation, such as bank statements, rent payment history, or benefit award letters (per California SB 267).
3. Income Requirements:
All applicants must demonstrate verifiable income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, or 2.5 times their portion of the rent if using a housing subsidy.
If receiving temporary housing assistance, applicants must provide verifiable income or other lawful proof of ability to pay the full rent after the subsidy ends, in accordance with SB 267 and San Diego Source of Income laws.
4. Move-In Date: Must be ready to move in between July 5 and July 31.
5. Eviction History: No prior evictions for any adult applicant.
6. Pet Policy: up to 2 pets may be considered, depending on breed and weight.
