Garbage disposal: Do not put metal, plastic, eggshells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. The HOA is very strict here, and adherence to their community rules is required to avoid penalties. For direct bookings, note that all credit card processing will incur a 5% fee to the guest.
