The exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio for the safety and security of guests and neighbors. This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties are allowed. Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. No unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc.) is allowed. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc. is allowed (fees will apply). For garbage disposal, do not put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. For monthly guests, there is a utility cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
