A digital house manual filled with useful information about the property and local recommendations will be provided. While there is no AC, the ocean breeze provides a cool wind during the hot summer months. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience, shared with the back unit. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
