- Outdoor Hose Use: Tenant agrees to ensure the backyard water hose is fully shut off after each use to prevent potential water leakage.
- Kitchen Sink Food Processor: Tenant understands the kitchen food processor must not be overloaded. Overuse or improper use may result in clogs due to the plumbing configuration of the second-floor kitchen. Tenant agrees to operate the food processor responsibly and avoid placing inappropriate items into the unit.
- RENTER'S INSURANCE: Tenant must carry renter's insurance w/ minimum $100K liability
