The house is located in a very quiet and beautiful part of Spring Valley/La Presa. We’re on Dictionary Hill so right behind us is a 2 mile with 360-degree views of San Diego. Moderate hike with a rare butterfly ecosystem at the top. The home is very spacious with big rooms and high ceilings. The house has two stories, and we have a guest room upstairs that will be for our immediate family. They are very loving people. They come over to visit occasionally but don't permanently live with us.



About us:
We are in our early/mid thirties and looking for someone who is clean, laid back, considerate and has a full time job. Cleanliness in the common area is very important.
We do love to travel for lengthy times, so at times one of us will only be here.
