We only Rent FURNISHED, the property is used by our families all year round and can NOT, be rented for one year. We are Happy to work with people who are moving to the area and looking for more permanent housing. We have also worked quite well with... insurance brokers who book for their clients during repairs. We also are happy to house extended family on the Holidays and summer. We rent 30, 60 or 90 nights or anywhere in between. We are very flexible. Our minimum is a 30 night booking.
