### Income Requirements

### Credit Requirements

* Applicants should have a **minimum credit score of 700**.
* Credit history will also be reviewed for payment history, collections, charge-offs, bankruptcies, and outstanding obligations.

### Employment

* Stable employment or verifiable source of income is required.
* Self-employed applicants must provide recent tax returns and/or business financial documentation.

### Rental History

Applicants should have:

* Positive rental or mortgage history
* No prior evictions
* No outstanding balances owed to previous landlords
* Favorable landlord references

### Occupancy

All occupants 18 years of age or older must submit a separate rental application.

### Required Documents

Each applicant must provide:

* Completed application
* Government-issued photo ID
* Proof of income
* Authorization for credit and background screening

### Pets

**No pets permitted.**

Service animals and approved assistance animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law.

### Smoking

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the property.

### Application Processing

Applications are processed upon receipt of a completed application package and all required documentation.
