1 Chino Hills Townhome for Rent

About Chino Hills
Chino Hills is a relatively affluent suburb in San Bernardino County’s southwestern corner. It comprises the county’s borders with Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange Counties. Chino Hills has made its way onto several Best-Places-to-Live-style lists over the years, which should give a pretty strong indication of how much people enjoy living there—and also how pricey it can be. The 2010 Census turned in a median household income figure of over $97,000 for Chino Hills. Residents enjoy phenomenally picturesque landscapes of rolling, green foothills and distant, snow-capped mountains.

Because Chino Hills is so far west within San Bernardino County, its centrality/accessibility factor is not as much of a negative as one might assume for a city in the Inland Empire region; getting to Orange County from there is not exceptionally difficult, nor is a well-timed (for traffic) day trip to Los Angeles. Commuting into LA on a daily basis is probably inadvisable, but alas, many residents do just that. Major arteries: the 71, 60, 142, and 91 freeways.
