We're renting out our private 450 sq. ft. ADU, located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The ADU has its own private entrance and is a comfortable, self-contained space with everything you need.

It includes a full kitchen with an oven/range,... refrigerator/freezer, and garbage disposal, as well as your own washer and dryer. There's also a mini-split for both A/C and heat, so you can stay comfortable year-round.

All utilities are included — electricity, water, trash, gas, and Wi-Fi. One parking space in our driveway is also included.

The location is especially convenient, just about a minute from the 101 and 23, with shops, restaurants, and other everyday conveniences nearby.

We're working professionals who live in the main house, so we're nearby if you ever need anything, while still respecting your privacy and space. Cats are welcome for an extra $50/month.

The ADU will be unfurnished, but we've included photos showing how our current tenant has the space set up to give you an idea of the layout and how the space can be used.

We're looking for someone who will enjoy and take care of the space and appreciates a quiet, comfortable place to call home.
